• the pool is made up according to the Company’s current and anticipated needs in managing personnel
• the pool’s members are appointed to superior positions in any of the Company’s business units
• employees are enrolled in the pool and appointed to an open superior position on a competitive basis; employees are enrolled in the pool and appointed to other positions only upon their consent.
