Kurumoch International Airport further improves the inclusive environment. To ensure the comfortable and safe transfer of passengers with reduced mobility, the Samara airport purchased an ambulift made on the basis of GAZ C41R33. The new vehicle accommodates up to 3 wheelchairs and 3 accompanying persons. The ambulift platform can be raised up to 5.8 m high providing the access of passengers in wheelchairs or on stretchers to almost any type of aircraft. The ambulift can be used without additional request. Recall that a special rest room for disabled passengers was earlier opened at the Samara airport (3rd floor, before the inspection zone, the service is free).

Upgrading of the special machinery fleet is an essential and mandatory condition for further development of Kurumoch International Airport, which allows for providing high-quality services to passengers and airline companies. Recall that as part of the large-scale program of special machinery fleet upgrading, the Samara airport earlier purchased aircraft tow tractors, milling and rotary snow-removal machinery, baggage tractors, multi-purpose loaders, and automatic baggage conveyors.
