Airports of Regions Management Company transferred to the direct interaction with advertisers by creating its own promotional operator “Aeromedia”. The pilot project was launched in 2016 on the basis of Strigino Airport (Nizhny Novgorod). According to the project results, it was decided to transfer the experience to other assets. So far, all the holding’s airports (Yekaterinburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Rostov-on-Don) refused from the exclusive partnership with third-party promotional operators and started to sell the areas through Aeromedia. The subsidiary company of Airports of Regions Management Company will also represent in the advertising market the company’s projects under implementation – new Rostov-on-Don and Saratov airports.

“We decided to create Aeromedia because we believe that the effective cooperation with advertisers requires greater flexibility than that demonstrated by major federal promotional operators carrying out their activity in the regions. Aeromedia is a 100% holding’s subsidiary company, which ensures the reduction of bureaucratic procedures to the minimum and promptness of decision-making,” says Alexander Zaporozhskiy, Director for Strategic Business Development and Investment, Airports of Regions Management Company.

According to the results of 2016, the passenger traffic of the holding's airports totaled 9.3 million people. So far, the total area of the passenger terminals operated by the company exceeds 200,000 m2.
