Zemlyakov Andrey Nikolayevich
Head of Capital Construction Department of Airports of Regions

Born on 28 of March, 1970 in Kemerovo region, city of Leninsk-Kuznetsky, village Krasnogorsky. In 1992 graduated Voronezh Higher Aviation Engineering School, Faculty of Construction and Operation of Airdromes. In 1998 defended thesis to receive scientific degree of the Candidate of technical sciences in ‘Fortification buildings, military-construction systems and structures’. In 2008 was elected to the post of professor at Military Sciences Academy.

From 1987 to 2007 served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, had various offices.

 From 2007 to 2010 was head of S&T Centre for designing, construction and maintenance of airfield and automobile highways at 26 Central Scientific Research Institute. Was in charge of the following fields: theoretical and practical research of conditions of airfields’ artificial turf, examination and troubleshooting of airfields, car roads, buildings and facilities, development and introduction of new materials and technologies for the construction, operational maintenance and repair works.

From 2010 to 2013 takes leading positions at       Federal Unitary Enterprise Administration of Civil Airports (airfields). From 2013 to 2014 became deputy Chief Engineer and Head of the Bureau of Chief Engineers of the project State Front-end loading and Scientific Research Institute of Civil Aviation Aeroproject.

From July 2014 to September 2015 - Construction (renovation) of airfields Director at Airports of Regions.
